Disconnected Pattern. Keeping the context-close-to-key is a useful pattern in all forms of ensemble modeling. Sometimes there may be context attributes that can be further described (or whose valid domain values may be managed) and in these cases the concept that the context attribute refers to can be modeled and maintained in the same way we deal with reference table data.
Satellite Design. Satellite design is more of an art than a science. As of today we have established that the best practice for satellite design is to "do a good job". This means taking into consideration logical groupings of attributes, what type/kind of data is included, and sometimes also considering the rate of change. One thing we can certainly convey is that splitting satellites by source is not a best practice.
